Lion Circuits, Inc. reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Terms & Conditions policies and/or any content of the website without prior notice or liability.  Please do not use this website if you do not accept these Terms & Conditions.

I. Product Liability & Guarantee:

Lion Circuits, Inc. will refund the customer or replace the product within a reasonable time (as determined by Lion Circuits, Inc.) or may offer another discount, if the product is proven to be defective within 30 days of invoicing. This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered and/or misused from its original ship structure. Lion Circuits, Inc. is not liable for any damages greater than buyer's purchase price and disclaims all additional warranties including indirect and/or substantial damages.

II. Quote/Order Policy

Web prices are subject to change at anytime without a notice. Web quotes are valid for 24 hours.  Web orders placed during the weekend will have the following Monday as day 0.  Custom quotes are valid for up to 30-days after the date of issue.

Placed orders are not guaranteed to be accepted. Lion Circuits, Inc will only accept order(s) after reviewing the Gerber data and the state of the account. We reserve the right to re-quote or deny a quote.

III. Payment Policy:

1. Payment Options:

Lion Circuits, Inc. accepts the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer, Money Order, Pre-Paid and Check.

International payments are only accepted through: Wire Transfer, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pre-Paid account.

2. Late Payment:

Lion Circuits, Inc. will take all steps necessary to avoid any payment errors or delays of payment. If a payment is declined after information is verified, we will not ship your product(s) until we receive a payment. You are responsible for the payment once the order is completed. Your account may be charged a minimum of $30.00 in processing fees and/or 5% of finance charges. Constant delays of the payment will require you to pre-pay before we fabricate the order(s).

3. Non-Payment:

Refusal of any payment(s) will result in the turning over of the invoice to a Collection Agency. Any costs associated with collecting debts, including attorney and court fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.

IV. Cancellation/New File Policy:

Customers must notify us in verbal and written form with any cancellations/new files requests.  Customers are held liable and must agree to pay for all necessary charges if they are unable to cancel order(s) or present new files prior to the following times below:

Customer is liable for full payment once the order is completed after the cancellation/new file period.

V. Shipping Policy:

All shipping charges and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Lion Circuits, Inc. will charge any disputed shipping charges and/or consignee billing to the customer.

Product(s) will ship through UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS during extended business hours only (Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm). Weekend shipping is available at special request (additional fees may apply). Customers can also request to use their own account with the above couriers.

Same day order(s) must be received by 9:00 am CST with complete Gerber fabrication data along with purchase order information for the order(s) to ship that night. All other order(s) will ship in accordance with turnaround days or requested purchase order dock date.

In case of damages incurred during the shipping process, please contact your sales representative immediately. Lion Circuits Inc. will refund the customer or replace the product(s) within reasonable time or may offer a discount if Lion Circuits Inc is responsible. LION CIRCUITS, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES THAT ARE CAUSED BY THE COURIER SERVICE IN ANY FORM.

VI. Privacy Policy

Lion Circuits, Inc. is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. We do not share or sell any personal information to third parties for their use. We may share some information with our vendors to complete your order(s). We will not release any information about you, unless you direct us to do so or if the law requires it.

Personal information is not necessary to visit our website. We may collect information like date, time, originating IP address, pages viewed, etc. to improve site content for superior services. You are only required to submit your personal information when registering and/or placing order(s). You have the option to provide all necessary information through phone or fax.

Lion Circuits, Inc. is not liable for any material and/or entered information outside of the company's website. Access gained to other sites from Lion Circuits, Inc's website may not protect private information. Therefore, Lion Circuits, Inc. has no responsibility for the content of that material and disclaims all warranties and guarantees.
